About
Two phase project moving a client and their active lab/administration functions from a smaller facility to a more spacious space nearby. Project included design and construction of new lab spaces, gowning vestibules, and mechanical/lab gas upgrades. Phase 1: Space plan client into existing lab/administration space such that they could move in without need of building or trade permits. Minor finish upgrades and furniture planning were included in this phase. Phase 2: Provide detailed design, permit, and construction documents for idealized function of clients laboratory and administration spaces.
