PROJECT NARRATIVE

This new 137,000-square-foot four-story medical office building sits on the corner of the Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange campus, offering connectivity for providers and patients and serving as a new public point of entry to the campus with a striking presence on a prominent corner. The building also provides five levels of underground parking.

Fueled by a powerful story from the primary donor, the project was originally conceived as a one-stop-stop for women’s services, including OBGYN, pelvic floor health, and a planned birthing center. The programming also includes urgent care, a comprehensive imaging suite, orthopedics, a cancer and blood suite, and ophthalmology. The third and fourth floors of the building were designed to accommodate OSHPD 3 programs. The ground floor incorporates retail and food service spaces to round out the building’s comprehensive offerings.
