PROJECT NARRATIVE

The Sonoma Biotherapeutics project involves the renovation of an existing office building into a state-of-the-art, three-story lab and office facility along Elliot Avenue, featuring stunning views of the Puget Sound. This project is being executed in two phases to accommodate the company’s need for expanded research space as it moves toward FDA approval of innovative living cell therapies.

The scope of the project includes modern office spaces, conference rooms, a break room, laboratories, and a processing clean suite, all designed to meet the rigorous demands of a contemporary research environment. Close collaboration with consultants ensured that all necessary infrastructure was meticulously coordinated while maintaining a clean, modern, and welcoming design. The new office environment strikes a balance between the necessary sterility of lab spaces and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed using wood materials, the office areas provide relief from the clinical nature of the labs, fostering a sense of comfort and collaboration among employees. With Phase 1 completed and Phase 2 currently underway, this facility not only enhances research capabilities but also supports Sonoma Biotherapeutics’ mission to drive advancements in the treatment of living cell therapies.
