PROJECT NARRATIVE
This project creates a flexible, future-focused workplace designed to support a wide variety of work modes, from focused individual tasks to team collaboration, executive leadership functions, and social engagement. Throughout the planning process, the design team worked closely with stakeholders to develop environments that balance operational efficiency with a high-quality employee experience. User programming efforts informed the development of team spaces, training environments, executive suites, companion pods, multipurpose rooms, and a range of workplace amenities tailored to evolving organizational needs, with headcount floors, focus rooms, and gathering spaces studied and refined to support different work styles and future adaptability.
A major project emphasis was the integration of environmental graphic design, wayfinding, signage, curated art opportunities, and expressive workplace elements that reinforce identity and enhance the user experience. Extensive coordination focused on supergraphics, directory systems, art installations, mural opportunities, and branded environments, creating a cohesive workplace that supports both navigation and employee engagement. Planning efforts also evaluated furniture solutions, acoustic strategies, and daylighting considerations to create comfortable, productive environments throughout.
Sustainability and long-term performance were key considerations as well. The team coordinated material tracking, environmental performance requirements, and workplace standards while exploring daylighting strategies and sustainable design approaches intended to support both occupant well-being and organizational goals.
