The Hoag Spine Institute was conceived as a specialized center dedicated to spine and back care, integrating advanced diagnostics, surgical expertise, and pain management under one roof—designed to deliver a seamless patient experience for individuals with complex spine conditions. The 16,200-square-foot space is organized across two floors to optimize clinical efficiency and patient comfort. The first floor is dedicated to licensed pain procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining proximity to surgical services for coordinated care. The second floor houses physician offices and consultation spaces, including 13 exam rooms, enabling direct access to surgical specialists and care teams. This adjacency enables surgeons and pain specialists to collaborate effectively, reducing patient transfers and enhancing continuity of care.
Project Summary
Tenant improvement for 12,000 s.f. outpatient spine clinic on second floor of an existing building. Project includes 13 exam rooms, three procedure rooms, consult rooms, waiting/reception, and support spaces.
