PROJECT NARRATIVE

Centered at the heart of an emerging campus, this 375,000-square-foot workplace projects features spaces for both building users and the community at large. The lobby features a tranquil dry garden and dramatic architectural stair, along with a coffee bar that is home to a local roaster and provides a convenient gathering space. The ground-level retail space is activated by a coffee bar and the Expressions Lab, which hosts artists in residence and art lab space. This space engages pedestrians in the area and serves as a place for building users to explore their own creativity. The project also houses a large event space for teams to utilize for in-person meetings. The workplace is organized around a social kitchen area and office neighborhoods that provide space for heads-down work. Small meeting spaces simplify impromptu meetings and collaboration. A commissary kitchen supports this building and other nearby buildings on the campus.
