With a focus on physical therapy, residents will use the state-of-the-art gym seven days a week. The 32,260-square-foot OSHPD 2 facility will open with 40 private rooms with the ability to grow to 54 beds in the future. The facility is designed to feel like a high-end hotel with extra services, such as a beauty shop, private dining room for special events, a landscaped courtyard, and a sitting room with a 250-gallon aquarium. The sloped, shingled roofline along with stucco wall with stone accents create a residential feel, making the facility feel like home.
